Answer: Hi,the rockwell hardness of this Chinese cleaver is 53. it’s combined very well with its toughness,which makes it very easy to sharpen. and the cleaver spine is about 3.3mm, its cleaver is taper 15°,which is super sharp, makes it perfect for slicing food into thin pieces.

Answer: Absolutely not! It is for slicing and chopping things like vegetables.
